Fall 2019 Has Arrived
At Flag & Anthem, we love fall, there are baseball playoffs, football season kicks off, and the weather starts to get cooler. Time to break out the flannels and hoodies! Of course we have we added plenty of those this to our site, and our fall 19 collection is a great place to beef up your wardrobe this September.
First off, fall is the perfect time of year for plaid, and we have you covered there! From double-layer shirts, to Westerns, to vintage-inspired flannels, we have options for everyone whether you like to wear your shirts tucked or untucked.
One of our most popular shirts, the Belhaven double layer shirt is making its return to our line this year. In addition to the original red-black plaid, we’ve added the shirt in a blue-black plaid, rust-navy plaid, and olive-navy plaid. So far it has been almost impossible to keep the blue-black shirt in stock, which may be in part to NFL Superstar Christian McCaffery showing it off, but the rust and olive shirts recently launched in this classic buffalo check and they seem to be just as popular!
Our Western style plaid shirts really shine this season as well, especially in our Desert Son collection. Made in collaboration with Dierks Bentley, this collection is highlighted by vintage inspired Western shirts. Choices like the Flagstaff, Trevett, Wilder, Thronton, etc. all have pearl snap buttons down the front, on the cuffs, and chest pockets; plus, they underwent a special wash process that gives them an authentic vintage look and feel right when you put it on! Once you try one, it will be easy to see why Dierks himself constantly wears these shirts on stage during his tour!
If your style is a little more refined we have tons of single pocket button down shirts that are versatile enough to wear to the office or out to dinner. Styles like the Clayton, Rowe, Alvord and Moorseville will keep you in fashion and up to par at your next casual business meeting. Plus, when you have to dress a little nicer for that family dinner on the fourth Thursday of November, one of these elevated plaids should be your go to shirt!
Also, you are going to want to stay warm once the temperature drops and our flannel shirts will help you do just that. Made from super-soft brushed cotton with a tailored athletic fit, these cozy shirts also look great!
