Summer unofficially started with a bang on May 23rd, 2025—and Flag & Anthem was right in the middle of the action! We were proud to be a part of the WFAN and Audacy Kickoff to Summer 2025 event, hosted live from D’Jais in Belmar, New Jersey. With thousands of excited fans flooding the Jersey Shore and iconic WFAN personalities broadcasting throughout the day, this was the place to be—and we brought the fun with our very own Flag & Anthem x Chippo Golf Challenge.

A Summer Tradition with WFAN and Audacy

The WFAN Kickoff to Summer is a long-standing tradition, and this year’s 2025 edition didn’t disappoint. Legendary hosts like Boomer & Gio, Brandon Tierney, Sal Licata, Evan Roberts, and Tiki Barber hit the airwaves live from the shore, bringing their signature energy to fans eager for sports talk, giveaways, and beach vibes. This event kicks off Memorial Day Weekend like no other, blending New York sports culture with summer celebration.

Flag & Anthem Brings the Fun: Chippo Golf Challenge

We set up shop right near the action with a custom Flag & Anthem booth that drew in beachgoers, sports fans, and golf lovers alike. The star of the show? Our Chippo Golf experience—a mash-up of chipping and cornhole that brought out the competitive spirit in everyone.

Participants stepped up to the mat and took their best shot at chipping golf balls into the signature Chippo boards. With Flag & Anthem gift cards on the line for successful shots, the stakes were high and the vibes were higher.

From seasoned golfers to first-timers, we saw a steady stream of players throughout the day, each taking swings to try and win up to $50 in gift cards.
