Introducing Redo Returns
Returns are the least fun part of shopping online — so we rebuilt ours from the ground up. Starting this week, Flag & Anthem returns and exchanges run on a new system that makes swapping sizes easier, lets you exchange for anything in the store, and gives you the option of free return shipping on every order. Here's what's new:
Exchange for anything on the site. Until now, an exchange meant the same item in a different size — anything else meant store credit and starting over. Not anymore. Your return value now works like credit across our entire store: pick a new size, a new color, or something totally different. Costs more? Just pay the difference. Costs less? We'll settle up. And if it's a fit issue, tell us what went wrong ("waist was too tight") and we'll suggest the right size before you even search. Exchanges ship free, every time.
Introducing free returns + package protection. You'll notice a new option at checkout: for a couple of dollars, your order is protected if it's lost, stolen, or damaged on the way to you — and if anything needs to go back, return shipping is free. It's completely optional, but if you've ever paid $9 to ship something back, you'll see why we added it.
Starting a return takes about a minute. Sign in with Google or just look up your order number. Instead of hunting through dropdown menus, tell us what happened in your own words. And if something arrived damaged or wrong, snap a photo right in the portal — we'll make it right without an email back-and-forth.
