When we founded this brand back in 2016, we were just two guys with a vision of creating something authentic. We know exactly what it’s like to have a dream, a laptop, and a lot of late nights. That’s why, even as we grow, our heart stays firmly rooted in supporting fellow small businesses.

This week, we are especially proud to shine a spotlight on a member of the Flag & Anthem family who embodies that grit and creativity: Eric Odachowski, the founder of Ayers Acres Lasercraft.

From the Classroom to the Workshop

Based just outside of Buffalo, NY, Eric’s journey is one we can really get behind. After years of shaping young minds as an elementary school teacher, Eric turned a long-time passion for woodworking into a flourishing enterprise. What started as a hobby in his workshop in Newstead has grown into a premier destination for exquisitely crafted wood art and personalized goods.

But Eric isn't just a talented craftsman; he’s been a loyal Flag & Anthem customer for years. Whether he’s out in the workshop or heading into town, Eric is usually rocking the same durable, comfortable gear that you guys wear every weekend.

A Limited Edition Collaboration

We reached out to Eric at Ayers Acres to help us create a Limited Edition Golf Tumbler. He took his precision laser-engraving skills and applied them to a custom design that perfectly captures the spirit of the course. Each one was finished right in his Buffalo workshop with the kind of attention to detail that you can only get from a small business owner who truly cares about his craft.
