Where do I enter my promo code?
Upon checkout, there is small box to enter the promo.
What if I forget to use a promo code or it isn’t working?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we can help you out.
If I return my first order, can I use my 15% off promo code again?
You can’t use the same code as it is tracked by email, but if you email firstname.lastname@example.org we will happily send you a new code to use for 15% off.
Can I change the address on my order?
Please reach out to us at email@example.com ASAP. If the order has not been processed yet we are able to change an address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to change an address.
One of the products I ordered is incorrect or I have changed my mind, what should I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your changes. However once an order has been processed and shipped we are unable to make changes.
Can I buy a gift card?
We sell e-gift cards in various amounts from $25 to $500. Gift cards can be purchased here.
Delivering the card: Gift cards are delivered to the purchaser by email. The email contains a branded image that looks like a gift, so if you're gifting this item to someone you can simply forward it to them or print off that image.
Redeeming the card: The gift card email contains instructions for how you, or the person you send the gift card to, can redeem that gift card during checkout by using the unique code printed on the card.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship using FedEx. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
What are my shipping method options?
- Standard Ground, 2-Day Express, or Standard Overnight. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Do you ship on weekends?
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our warehouse ships Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
Will my order ship out the same day?
- Orders generally take 1-5 business days to ship. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If you select express shipping your order will be prioritized but we cannot guarantee a same day turnaround. Orders placed by 11 am EST will be given priority.
How do I get my tracking number?
- Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you one the package has shipped. If you do not receive this email please contact us at email@example.com
Do you ship internationally?
- Not yet, but we hope to soon!
Do you ship outside of the USA?
- Right now, we do not; however, check back with us as we aim to start one day in the future.

How do I make an exchange?
Where is my refund?
Refunds usually take about 7 days to be processed after they are received by the warehouse.
How long does it take for my bank to credit my account after you refund me?
It depends on your bank, but typically two to three business days.
How do I make a return?
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for up to 30 days from date of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags. To return your purchase, please ship the item(s) back to us using our returns portal. Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned.
What is the best way to ship my items back?
For fastest return processing, click here to create a prepaid return label (subject to a $5 fee on refunds). Click here to create a return label. You may also ship using a trackable method of your choice (at your expense). Please include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation. Flag & Anthem is not responsible for items lost in transit. Items marked FINAL SALE should not be shipped back.
Do you offer free returns?
We charge a $7 fee for refunds to credit cards or instant credits. Click here to create a return label. Alternatively you are welcome to send items back to us at your expense using a trackable method of your choice.
To make an exchange should I send an email?
You don’t have to! The most efficient way to make an exchange is to place a new order on our website, and ship the original items back to us for a refund. Click here to process your return label.

Do you have a size chart?
Are your shirts “slim fit?”
While our shirts are not exactly slim, they are certainly not boxy. Our shirts have a tapered athletic fit that provides a slimmer silhouette than many standard tops you may find.
Do you offer kids' sizes?
The smallest size we have is a men’s small.
Do you make clothes in women’s sizes?
We launched our first women’s collection of boyfriend shirts in December 2017 and continue to roll out new items seasonally. Check back as we expand our product offering!
What types of fits do you offer for pants?
We offer Oakland Slim, Nashville Straight, Newport Athletic, Omaha Bootcut, and Portland Relaxed.
Are your items made in the USA with materials made in the USA?
No, our products are imported.
Do you have a Flag & Anthem store?
We don’t, but we are sold in various locations across the country.
