RETURNS
If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning through our returns/exchange portal will expedite the return process.
Returns sent back through our returns/exchange portal for a refund to your original payment method or for an instant credit, will be subject to a $7.00 shipping fee (deducted from your refund).
All returns sent back for a refund will receive the option to use an instant credit at flagandanthem.com. If you choose not to use your instant credit, or to only redeem part of it, you will be refunded the remainder to your original payment method after your return is processed.
You may also ship using a trackable method of your choice (at your expense). Please keep a record of your tracking number and include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation in your return shipment.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange for another size you can process here. If you would like to exchange for a different product, the most efficient way is to request an instant credit through our returns/exchange portal, then purchase the new item you would like from the site using the code provided. Instant credits will be subject to a $7.00 fee (deducted from your refund).
Items marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged.
